Product Usage

This machine is mainly used for cutting computer ribbon cables, headphone cables, electronic cables, telephone cables, network cables, PVC cables, shielded cables and other wires.

① It can be used in linkage with the extruder, automatically tracking the extruding speed and cutting to the set length accurately. It eliminates the process of take-up, pay-off and re-cutting, and is specially suitable for high-speed, high-efficiency, labor-saving and time-saving cutting environments. It is the preferred equipment for producing power cables, plug wires and other cables that need to be cut to length.

② It can also be used for drop-type cutting.

③ Conveyor platform: 1 set (standard length 4m or 5.6m, or customized length as per customer request)

④ PLC electrical control box: 1 set

2) Conveyor Platform: Standard length 4 meters (customizable). Driven by 1HP motor, speed synchronized with the cutting host.

3) Electrical Control Box: Fiber-optic driven two-stage electronic counter, with preset alarm, auto stop when total count is reached, auto push and bundle when each count is reached. All electrical components are imported from Taiwan and Japan.
